HOTEL ROOM KEY CARDS (Limited to 2)...$15,000 each
Build brand awareness with your company logo and booth number on one of the most important items attendees will carry their hotel room key cards. Attendees will be reminded of your company each time they use their hotel key card. This sponsorship also includes all benefits of the Diamond Level (listed below).

   SOLD TO FEDERATED INSURANCE

Reinforce your company’s presence as attendees attach the lanyards to their name badges. The Lanyard will be given to each attendee when they pick up their registration packets. Sponsor provides logo and brochure.

CONFERENCE BAGS (Limited to two)...$5,000 each
This is your opportunity to build brand awareness during and after the Expo. Your logo will be imprinted on a re-useable and recyclable tote bag, which will contain the attendee’s registration materials. As the sponsor, you will be given the opportunity to include an 8 ½ x 11 promotional company brochure. This is an item the attendees will take home to use and shows their efforts to positively impact our environment. Sponsor provides logo and brochure.

INSPIRATIONAL BREAKFAST (Exclusive)...$5,000
chadThis popular event draws attendees for an inspirational message. This year’s featured speaker, Chad Hennings, former Dallas Cowboy lineman, Air Force pilot, board member of Happy Hill Farm, a home and school for at – risk kids, an advisory board member of Christian Community Action and active in several veterans’ initiatives. Exclusive Sponsorship includes your logo displayed prominently on the projection screen, one complimentary table of ten including breakfast, and your company logo will appear on the back cover of the inspirational printed program. Sponsor provides logo.

SHOE SHINE LOUNGE (Exclusive – 2010 Exhibitor only)

Shoe shines are a trade show tradition. Attendees will leave the lounge looking and feeling great with a hospitality experience they will remember.
Sponsorship includes placement in the Members Lounge, where you have the option of having one staff representative in attendance to promote product
education, sampling or literature giveaways. Sponsorship also includes shine personnel, kiosk with logo panel, padded stool, and wastebasket.
Sponsor provides logo and is responsible for additional equipment/services.

EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS (Limited to 2)...$2,500 each
Sponsoring one of the two educational sessions will provide good exposure before current and potential customers. This sponsorship includes an opportunity to introduce the speaker with brief company comments, name and logo recognition next to the listing in the Attendee Brochure, Expo Program, and Expo Website along with a link to your site. Also, you will receive special signage at the session, acknowledgement in the course handouts (if applicable), and opportunity to distribute company literature during selected session. Book early to secure your preferred session.

Extend your presence beyond your booth. Validation stations are placed throughout the Exhibit Hall where attendees get their tickets stamped for eligibility in the hourly $250 Cash Prize Drawings. Sponsorship includes station signage, stand-up draped counter, padded stool, and logo or company name on stamp, option to have one staff representative at station to stamp attendees tickets and promote product education, sampling or literature giveaways. Look for the “V’s” on the Floor Plan.

AISLE SIGNS (12 Sponsors – 2010 Exhibitors only)
...$750 each

An additional opportunity to attract traffic to your booth, as attendees walk the floor, they will be directed to your booth! Aisle sponsors receive company name or logo and booth number on the double-sided 10’ hanging aisle sign. Exhibitor sponsorship is limited to the aisle they are exhibiting in.
