Exhibitor Name Badges Only ● Only for individuals who will be working in a booth and only need a name badge. ● No one will be permitted in the Exhibit Hall without a badge. ● Six complimentary badges per 10x10 booth space (ie.10x20 gets 12 badges, etc.) ● Exhibitors sharing exhibit space must share comp badges. ● If you wish to register for other convention activities, select Networking Package below. Exhibitor Networking Package Includes Inspirational Breakfast, Educational Sessions, Opening Night Gala, choice of TGCA Awards Breakfast or TPCA Chairman’s Breakfast. Optional Tickets May be purchased instead of the Networking Packages and individual tickets fees will apply.	$165

Badge Pick-Up:
All Exhibitor Badges and Event Tickets will be picked up on-site at the
Exhibitor Registration Counter, located in Exhibit Hall F.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received
by Friday, July 9, 2010 will receive a full refund. Refunds will not be issued
for cancellations received after July 9, 2010 or for “No Shows”. Refunds will
be mailed after the Expo dates.

Please remember canceling your registration does not cancel your hotel
reservation.

You must call the Gaylord Texan Resort at (866) 782-7897 or
(817) 778-2000 to cancel your room reservation.

Attire:
Business Casual dress is appropriate for all sessions and the Expo.
Business attire is recommended for the Opening Night Gala.

Special Accommodations:
We will make special accommodations for disabled attendees who require
