The following activities will be held in the Exhibit Halls during the Texas Food & Fuel Expo:

$250 Attendee Cash Drawings ~ Must Be Present To Win
There are two types of drawings available to attendees, which will draw additional traffic in the areas that normally would not be heavy traffic areas.

   1) Attendee Cash Prize Drawings Held ~ 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm
       All registered attendees (excluding exhibitors) will receive an Entry Card in their Registration Packets
       (only 1 per person permitted) for a chance to win $250. Cards must be stamped at all six Validation Stations
       placed throughout the Exhibit Hall. After validations, attendees will deposit their card in Cash Prize Booth for
       eligibility.

   2) Buyer’s Drawing Sweepstakes Held ~ 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm
      
All attendee buyers will have a chance to win $250. Each exhibiting company will have Buyers’ Drawing
       Sweepstakes Tickets to give to the Expo Buyers that conduct business and place orders (one ticket for each
       order placed). Buyers deposit their ticket(s) at the Cash Prize Booth for eligibility.

       EXHIBITORS:  If you feel the buyers may make a purchase in the near future, it’s at your discretion in distributing
       the tickets to Buyers and potential buyers. Exhibitor’s may pick up their sweepstakes tickets in the Members                 Lounge, prior to the opening of the show on Thursday.

Bonus Bonanza Drawing
OPEN TO EVERYONE - Test your luck and take a chance to win one of the (3) Valuable Prizes, estimated value at
$1,000 each, to be awarded in the Members Lounge on Tuesday, July 22, at 2:00 pm. Prizes to be announced later.

Tickets are $50 each and may be purchased in advanced or at the show. Advance purchase, contact Rick Johnson, 800/856-8342, otherwise; stop by the Members Lounge during the exhibit hours.

Hot Buys & New Products Guide
Research shows, On-Site Specials and New Products are one of the top three reasons customers come to shows.
Increase your exposure by announcing an Expo Special/Discount and/or New Product/Service - this program allows you to advertise a special/discount as well as list any new products attendees can order and discover while attending the Expo and is a FREE service to all exhibitors.

TPCA 12th Annual Silent Auction
The Silent Auction offer everyone the opportunity to purchase unique and fabulous gift items generously donated by TPCA members and exhibitors to help raise money for your industry’s Political Action Committee. 

There is always a lot of activity in the Members Lounge throughout the show. Auction bidding stops at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 11.  Winners will be posted between 1:30 and 2:30 pm.
