2010 EXPO DATES & TIMES Monday, July 26 11:00 am - 4:00 pm Tuesday, July 27 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

The following activities will be held in the Exhibit Halls during the Texas Food & Fuel Expo:

     Attendee $250 Cash Prize Drawings
     Buyer’s $250 Drawing Sweepstakes
     Bonus Bonanza Drawing
     Exhibit Hall Raffle Wagon
     Hot Buys/New Products
     Silent Auction

$250 Attendee Cash Drawings ~ Must Be Present To Win
Two types of drawings available to attendees, which will draw additional traffic in the areas that normally may not be heavy traffic areas.

1) Attendee Cash Prize Drawings Held ~ 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm
    Registered attendees (excluding exhibitors) receive an Entry Card (only 1 per person permitted) for a chance to win $250.
     Cards must be stamped at all *six Validation Stations placed throughout the Exhibit Hall. After validations, attendees deposit
     card in Cash Prize Booth for eligibility.

: The hall is set with six stations, which are shown on the floor plan. These stations are for Attendees.  
 Attendees go to the ALL six stations to get their tickets stamped to be eligible for the Cash Prize Drawings held daily, resulting in increased floor traffic.

2) Buyer’s Drawing Sweepstakes Held ~ 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm
     All attendee buyers will have a chance to win $250. Each exhibiting company will have Buyers’ Drawing Sweepstakes Tickets to
     give to the Expo Buyers that conduct business and place orders (one ticket for each order placed). Buyers deposit their ticket(s)
     at the Cash Prize Booth for eligibility.

    EXHIBITORS: If you feel the buyers may make a purchase in the near future, it’s at your discretion in distributing the tickets to    
    Buyers and potential buyers. Exhibitor’s may pick up their sweepstakes tickets in the Members Lounge, prior to the opening of the
    show on Monday.

Bonus Bonanza Drawing ~ Open to Everyone $50 Chance
Only 200 tickets sold for $50 each with proceeds benefitting TGCA Political Education Committee. The drawing is held on July 27, at
2 p.m. in the Members Lounge of the Exhibit Hall; need not be present to win.  GET YOUR TICKETS NOW before they run out; call Rick Johnson at TGCA, 800/856-8342, or rick@txgca.org.

Showcase Raffle Wagon
Raffle Wagon filled with donated items, great opportunity for Exhibitors to get their products across the showroom floor.  The raffle wagon will be moving around the Exhibit Hall selling raffle tickets to both attendee and exhibitors. If you would like to donate item(s), please contact Dana Fuller at dana@txgca.org. Proceeds benefit TGCA’s Scholarships and Political Education Committee Fund.

Hot Buys & New Products Guide
Research shows, on site Specials/Hot Buys and New Products are the top reasons customers come to shows. Increase your exposure by announcing an Expo Hot Buy and/or New Product/Service - this program allows you to advertise a special/discount as well as list any new products attendees can order and discover while attending the Expo and is a FREE service to all exhibitors.

TPCA 14th Annual Silent Auction
The Silent Auction offer everyone the opportunity to purchase unique and fabulous gift items generously donated by TPCA members and exhibitors to help raise money for your industry’s Political Action Committee.

There is always a lot of activity in the Members Lounge throughout the show.  Auction bidding stops at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 27.  Winners will be posted between at 2:30 pm.
