INSPIRATIONAL BREAKFAST
Monday, July 26  | 8:15 to 9:30 am |  Grapevine Ballroom C

Chad Hennings, the former Dallas Cowboys defensive lineman, will share his faith journey and bring invaluable insight to our lives
from his many rich and diverse experiences.

ChadHennings02Although best known for his role with America's Team, Chad Hennings' successes began long before his professional football career. An accomplished lineman in high school, Hennings was offered full scholarships from universities across the nation.  Instead, he chose to attend the U.S. Air Force Academy, where he racked up numerous honors academically and on the gridiron. Named most valuable athlete at the academy, he earned defensive player of the year honors from the Western Athletic Conference and was named to the WAC's All-Decade Team.  In addition, he received the 1987 Outland Trophy, given to the country’s outstanding lineman, and the most valuable player designation at the 1988 Freedom Bowl. A two-time Academic All-American, Hennings was inducted into the GTE Academic All-American Hall of Fame and College Football Hall of Fame.

His exemplary achievements put him at the top of many draft lists and earned him a spot on the Dallas Cowboys’ roster, but Hennings
postponed his entry into the National Football League to fulfill his commitment to the U.S. Air Force. He entered the Euro-NATO program, a
training program for top pilots, and soon found himself at the controls of the A-10 Thunderbolt. After his discharge, Hennings joined the
Dallas Cowboys, quickly earning a starting position as a defensive lineman.  He spent his entire 9-year professional football career with the
Cowboys, retiring in 2001 with three Super Bowl rings.

Chad is President of Hennings Management Corporation and the leader of Stream Realty Partners corporate services/tenant representation
  division.

of the prize and how quickly mobile will dominate our culture in the very near future.

The importance of retailers’ online presence (simple user features are table stakes today how do you go beyond?). The presentation ends

“Reaching Beyond Excellence”
Tuesday, July 27 | 9:45 to 10:45 am |  Grapevine 1&2

Presented By: Jim Mathis, The Mathis Group, LLC, Atlanta, GA
jimmathis  Why is success the wrong thing to strive for? What roles do the right people, the right attitude and overcoming a
“culture of lack” play in moving average people to excellence in management? How are we conditioned by society and
classic TV shows to think less of ourselves and what can be accomplished by our efforts? How do you raise your
leaders to achieve management success? Jim will share the answers to these questions, then lead you through the
steps that help you reach beyond excellence, think outside of the box, realize your new potential and be “remark-able.”

What does it mean to be excellent? We’ll explore the differences between efficiency, effectiveness and excellence.
And, answer questions such as “is 80% of success just showing up?” Also, what if 99.9 % were good enough?

This session will explore attitudes, such as the “Culture of Lack”; the impact of negative conditioning by society, media and peers and the
  Ten Beliefs about Attitude that Successful Leaders have. Additional time will be spent discussing how teamwork makes the dream work;
which, involves putting the right people in the right places; managing all personality styles/temperaments for success; and providing
humorous examples of personality quirks and tendencies.

INCLUDED with the Full Registration, Tuesday’s Only Package, and Exhibitor Networking Package.
