Booth Sizes, Fees, and Requirements

ELECTRIC & UTILITIES ON YOUR OWN: Forms will be available in May 08 in Freeman’s On-Line Exhibitor Services Kit

Electrical & Telephone Data: 120/280 V, 100 AMP, 3 0, 5 wire heavy-duty receptacle mounted on all columns except row nearest south wall, and floors where designated.

Water & Compressed Air: Available thru columns. If your exhibit requires DRAINAGE, it’s mandatory that your booth be next to a column!

Exhibit Display Height Requirements: 8’. If your display is over 8’, you MUST select a booth around the perimeter of the show no exceptions!

Corner Booths/End Caps Requirements: Exhibitors in the premium corner booths or endcap (10x20), have special set-up requirements, which must be met in order to maintain the line of sight down the aisle.  Booths have a back wall 20’. The center 10’ of that wall may contain a display that is 8’ in height.  The 5’ on either side of that center portion are limited to displays 4’ in height.  Exhibitors are required to finish the back portion of their space so it will not be objectionable to the adjacent exhibitors.

Exhibitor’s Booth Carpet Requirements: All exhibit booths MUST BE carpeted, unless special arrangements have been made with Show Management.

Validation Stations: The hall is set with (6) Validation Stations, which are shown on the floor plan. TCircleVhese stations are for the Attendees Buyers. They will have to go to ALL 6 stations to get their tickets stamped to be eligible for the Cash Prize Drawings held daily, in the “CASH BOOTH”, resulting in increased floor traffic.

Backdrop Draping Colors will be Royal Blue, White, and Black, with Royal Blue Side Divider Drapes
and Aisles Carpeted in Royal Blue

Optional Booth Package
9’x10’ Classic BLACK Booth Carpet, 1-6’x30” BLACK Skirted Table, 2-Standard Booth Chairs, 1-Waste Basket, and one time booth cleaning/vacuuming prior to the opening of the show. 

In order to receive the discounted optional package, you must order the exact number of packages, per number of 10x10’s contracted. If you require different colors than listed above, arrangements must be made through Freeman, and you will not qualify for the optional package rates.

Booth Package rates are a savings of $110 off of Freeman’s cost, if ordered directly through the Texas Food & Fuel Expo on the Exhibit Agreement.

Booth Assignments
Booth Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis at Show Management’s discretion. If your choices are unavailable, Show Management will contact you for alternate locations.

Show Management will make every attempt to assign booth space according to the Exhibitor’s request, but reserves the right to alter locations of exhibitors or booths shown on the floor plan, if deemed in the best interest of the show and to ensure an even traffic flow.

Upon receipt of signed Agreement, confirmation for booth assignments will be sent via e-mail.

Product/Display Height Limitations
All Exhibits Products/Displays are not to exceed the Display Height Restriction of 8’, except for Island Booths (any booth exposed to an aisle on four sides) and Peninsula Booths (these are booths exposed aisles on three sides and composed of a minimum of four booths)

If your exhibit exceeds the 8’ limit, you must then move to a perimeter space, which backs up to an outside wall of the exhibit facility.  Contact Show Management ~ Dana Fuller.
