Full Youth Package – Kids Program (18 & Under) We are waving the youth registration fee in an effort to encourage youth registration and to make it more affordable for the entire family to attend the convention and expose the youth to the industry and encourage them to become involved in the industry and the association when they are adults. If you want to register your child or children simply check the youth registration box on the registration form (ignore the $145.00 registration fee) and furnish their name and age. On-Site Registration: The Texas Food & Fuel Expo Registration Center will be located in Exhibit Hall “D”. The Registration Center will be open during the hours listed below.
Sunday, July 20: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday, July 21: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 22: 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Registration Confirmation: You will receive written confirmation of your registration about two weeks before convention. You will need to stop by the registration desk at the Gaylord Texan Resort, Exhibit Hall “D” to pick up your name badge and event tickets.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received by Monday, July 7, 2008 will receive a full refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after July 7, 2008 or for “No Shows”. Refunds will be mailed after the Expo dates.
Please remember canceling your convention registration does not cancel your hotel reservation. You must call the Gaylord Texan Resort at (817) 778-2000 to cancel your room reservation.
Attire: Business Casual dress is appropriate for all sessions and the trade show. Business attire is recommended for the Opening Night Gala.
Special Accommodations: We will make special accommodations for disabled attendees who require special services. Please attach a written description of needs to the registration form or contact Annette Hicks, TPCA at (800) 460-8662.
Exhibitor Registration: All exhibitors will receive a separate registration mailing and encouraged to pre-register. We will also have on-line registration available. Exhibitors will receive six (6) complimentary name badges per 10x10 booth space and the option to purchase a Networking Package.
