Registration Confirmation and Hours:
If you register for a package (which include meal functions), a written
confirmation will be mailed about two weeks before convention. All pre
registered Attendees will pick up name badge(s) at the registration desk
located inside Exhibit Hall “F”.

Registration Hours:

Sunday, July 25: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Monday, July 26: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday, July 27: 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received
by Friday, July 9, 2010 will receive a full refund. Refunds will not be issued
for cancellations received after July 9, 2010 or for “No Shows”. Refunds will
be mailed after the Expo dates.

Please remember canceling your convention registration does not cancel
your hotel reservation. You must call the Gaylord Texan Resort at
(866) 782-7897 or (817) 778-2000 to cancel your room reservation.

Attire:
Business Casual dress is appropriate for all sessions and the Expo.
Business attire is recommended for the Opening Night Gala.
