   ~ $10 - each additional person to a room, children under 12 years are free

  *Lone Star Rooms: These rooms are closest to the convention facilities and include
   upgraded amenities (turn down svc, plush robes, elegant decor).

Reservations & Refund Policies
All reservations require a deposit in the amount of first night’s room and tax.  Reservation made after the cut-off date of July 3, 2010, will be confirmed on a space available basis.  Room deposits are only refundable for cancellations occurring three days prior to arrival.
