2010 EXPO DATES & TIMES Monday, July 26 11:00 am - 4:00 pm Tuesday, July 27 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

The following activities will be held in the Exhibit Halls during the Texas Food & Fuel Expo:

     Attendee $250 Cash Prize Drawings

     Silent Auction

$250 Attendee Cash Drawings ~ Must Be Present To Win
Two types of drawings available for registered attendees.

1) Attendee Cash Prize Drawings Held
     Monday’s Drawings: 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm
     Tuesday’s Drawings: 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm
Registered attendees receive an Entry Card at registration (1 per person permitted) for a chance to win $250.  Cards must be stamped at all
six Validation Stations placed throughout the Exhibit Hall. After validations, attendees deposit card in Cash Prize Booth for eligibility.

2) Buyer’s Drawing Sweepstakes Held
     Monday’s Drawings: 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm
     Tuesday’s Drawings: 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm
Attention Expo Buyers! Don’t miss your chance to win $250. Each exhibiting company will have Buyers’ Sweepstakes Tickets to give to those Buyers that conduct business and place orders onsite (one ticket for each order placed). Deposit ticket(s) at the Cash Prize Booth for eligibility.

Bonus Bonanza Drawing ~ Open to Everyone $50 Chance
Test your luck and take a chance to win one of the (3) Valuable Prizes, estimated value at $1,000 each, to be awarded in the Members Lounge on Tuesday, July 26, at 2:00 pm.  Tickets are $20 each or (3) for $50 and may be purchased in advanced or at the show. Advance purchase, contact Rick Johnson, 800/856-8342, otherwise; stop by the Members Lounge during the exhibit hours.

(3) Grand Prizes Awarded:  (3) Grand Prizes listed on the Entry Ticket, with only (1) Preferred Prize selected - prizes to be
announced March 2010.

Hot Buys & New Products
Many exhibitors will be offering Show Only Deals and also featuring New Products that have been introduced to the market place since the 2009 Expo. Buyers are encouraged to take advantage of these promotions.  Participating Exhibitors will be available in March 2010.

TPCA 14th Annual Silent Auction
The Silent Auction offer everyone the opportunity to purchase unique and fabulous gift items generously donated by TPCA members and exhibitors to help raise money for your industry’s Political Action Committee.

There is always a lot of activity in the Members Lounge throughout the show.  Auction bidding stops at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 27.  Winners will be posted between at 2:30 pm.
